Problem Solving is a Child’s Play 

 

When we were kids we learnt to draw, make things and tell stories when we leant to read and write. As we grew older we only remembered to read and write, forgot the rest. As kids we were curious, not skeptical, we were ready to take risks, we didn’t ever think we would look stupid if we threw out weird ideas. We were creative.

In our last evening’s workshop we encouraged participants to use a child’s creativity to solve a problem. As a result, we solved a complicated problem within 2 hours. A problem that would’ve taken months to solve using traditional consulting methods.

Here are a few moments from our “Finding Clarity with Creativity” Workshop yesterday. The first of many executive focused workshops at refine+focus.
